When you get in touch with our team, be it via filling in the contact us or our (Go Mobit) email, we ensure your privacy is maintained and fully protected.

We prepare internal progress reports for our supplier and client meetings, and our deals are locked, but they are not visible to anyone other than the relevant department within our company. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed at the commencement of a business case, which governs the exchange of information and no third party is given access to the data/information exchanged in those meetings except the parties who have signed the NDA.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties who wish to use it for marketing and analytical purposes of any kind at any level.

Personal Information Sharing With Third Parties:

Only under certain circumstances we will share your information and data with third parties; these include verification during recruitment processes where we need to check the legitimacy with legal authorities such as passport/identity documents. We can also share your financial and billing information with our banking institution to track payments and deposits if necessary. We may share your personal information with our technical partners to improve our service level, but no unauthorized third parties can access your data.

Your Rights:

• You have the right to withdraw your stored information with us or request limited data processing. You can request deletion of your data at any point if your account is inactive with us and we do not have a continuous relationship.
• You can also modify our communication, including the promotion and any relevant offers you receive from us in printed or electronic form.
• You can also raise a query with us regarding any concerns that you might have related to your information on our database/server.
